2020 YEAR OF CHANGE
When we started 15 years ago, you could count the restaurants in Suvereto on one hand. Today our colleagues are many and very good and we, who are “outside the walls” decided to offer something different.
No more classic restaurant but WINES & CUISINE and, since we are wine producers, we want to focus on them. At Gualdo, from now on, you can come at any time from 11 in the morning to 10 in the evening to taste wines, have an aperitif or eat but always starting from a good glass of wine.
We will propose wines to the glass with pairing of tastings of products of the highest quality, being also able to follow a path k. guided to the tasting of more wines. And then, if someone wants to stop for lunch or dinner, here is the offer of traditional dishes, three or four at a time, classics or that is now difficult to find and that will always be proposed with the suggestion of a combination with our wines.
A sort of bistro, therefore, that aims at quality and curiosity the guest with its history, its wines and home and forgotten foods.
