Our philosophy: only and exclusively Tuscan products and as far as possible, of the territory. Our suppliers of raw materials, the artisans of taste, as we like to call them, are a few kilometers away from us and even the fish comes only from our sea.
Andrea, our Chef , proposes a revisited Tuscan cuisine, in addition to the classic dishes like: The snails, the Ribollita, the Cacciucco and so on. Homemade bread, pasta and desserts, wine from our farm .
