The interior is rustic with hints of modern and a small underground room is available for a private dinner.
In This restaurant you can eat delicious fish dishes prepared with fresh and selected ingredients, the fish, whether it is sea bass or Seabal, Sarago, Dentice, Ombrina, cooked grilled, salt, roast is always good because fresh.
To be noted the crêpes with ricotta and bream pulp served on scampi cream but also the carpaccio of cattle kept in salt for 7 days to preserve the original flavour, excellent Florentine steak.
For the first courses we go from the classic tortelli of ricotta and spinach seasoned with butter and sage to tagliatelle with porcine or tagliatelle with pods, until the Ravioli of fish stuffed with ricotta, scorpion and crab meat seasoned with cream and salmon or Penne with pesto of pistachio and Sicilian shrimp.
Try the Pizza, made with the double levitation dough Neapolitan, very good and digestible.
Great desserts. Also the wines in this restaurant in Cinigiano are distinguished by quality and variety, but the preference obviously goes to the Tuscan reds.
