Our Kitchen is the landing point of a process that bands nature, breeding and knowledge: from the farm to the table. The kitchen is a meeting and exchange point : here our dishes are born with the organic products of the Tenuta di Paganico and local organic farm. All The raw materials that compose our dishes, origin from the pastures and fields of the Tenuta and other local producers whith whom we share ideals and experiences.

The common thread among those included in the project is that agriculture must respect the environment, being rigorous in production methods and as local as possible. Homemade Bread, pasta and cakes, chemical free cured meats and Montecucco DOC wine self-produced on the Farm.

Tastings with cured meats, tartare and cheeses, combined with the visit of the breeding . We also Offer a tasting Menu a25 Eu. drink not included, composed of: Pasta with the sauce of the Estate, cut beef steak with seasonal side dishes and  home dessert .
